By booking a service with Salsa Spa Bali, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings depend on therapist availability.

  • Your booking will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email.

  • Please provide accurate details such as address, contact information, and preferred time.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made via cash, QRIS, or bank transfer.

  • Full payment must be completed before or immediately after the session.

  • All prices include service and transportation fees (unless stated otherwise).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 1 hour before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations (less than 1 hour notice) may incur a small fee.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full.

5. Service Policy

  • Our therapists are trained, professional, and certified.

  • Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Liability

Salsa Spa Bali is not responsible for injuries or allergic reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions.
Please inform your therapist of any health issues, allergies, or pregnancy before the session begins.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • All offers are valid only for the period specified.

8. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

  • Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

9. Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
